Phone Screen with the recruiter. Recruiting coordinator sets up your onsite. Onsite interview: Given a tour and 4 rounds with recruiting executives. The first 3 rounds are one on one and the last round is with everyone and some stakeholders. 45 minutes each round.

Long process - did video call with recruiter, 3 manager level video interviews, then onsite interview which consisted of walking around the building with hiring manager who is no longer there, followed by another video interview with an exec.

5 hour Zoom interview with the recruiting team. What no one tells you is they are all from Palantir and knew each other previously . It was one “tell me about a time” after another . The worst part is that after all that ... you only get an email that says thanks but no thanks. Very hard to break i to or have any kind of clarity.
