Recruiter screen, followed by manager technical interview screen and then 4, 30 min interviews from the technical team covering different aspects of the technology. They seemed to push your technical understanding for each point in the interview. Questions were definitely above my level (but probably not fairly). No response from them and even current employees said that if they aren't interested they will ghost you, even after a pretty long process. Pretty unprofessional and Palmer Lucky should be aware. They want "the best" but apparently ghosting is treating "the best." Even Boeing and NG can send you a courtesy email if you're not selected. Palmer, take your untold billions from Mark Zuckerberg and invest it in Workday software. It'll definitely get you "the best" from the defense industry. If people are just numbers to you, then prove it over NG and Boeing and Raytheon (who do a better job with their applicants) otherwise, just be the sub to other companies that you've proven to be,
