Two rounds of phone screens and then an in-person for ~3 hours. They have been acquiring companies so you speak to management from all companies. They don't seem to be aligned with mission/goals or even policy/procedure and the acquiring companies are looking for someone in HR to come in and clean up the policies, yet they have just been acquired and need to understand that Anduril now owns the policies.
