Lots of video interviews where they asked about your background. I don’t have many technical questions. No one seemed to know what their process was and they had very bad follow ups. I was well over qualified for this job and I’m very glad that they never followed up with me as this would have hindered my career.

1st interview was a phone screen. 2nd interview was a zoom meeting where I got to show my interests. 3rd interview was a phone call with the hiring manager. 4th interview was scheduled but the hiring manager was a now show. I found out a week later that they decided not to go with me but forgot to tell me about canceling the interview.
