Initial Communication - HR communicated regarding interview. Second Round - There was a telephonic round. They never give you an update even after repeted follow ups amd mails. Even though a candidate is not selected doesn't mean you shouldn't update him. I don't know whether the HR knows about following up about with a candidate.
