Phone interview that was immediately followed by a Skype interview that I was not given time to prepare for. Then job offer was made via phone I accepted and then within months I was resigning

Entretien
I submitted my resume online and was contacted within a few days and had a phone interview with the district manager. He asked on the phone if I could have a video interview through an interview website a few days later and it took about a week for him to call and say I got the job.
