Met with HR manager and then met with Regional Manager before offer was made. I was asked general interview questions and was required to take a personality quiz. Overall, it was a standard interview process.Overall, it was a standard interview process and I wasn’t asked anything out of the ordinary. You do have to be outgoing for this role and have a personable voice on the phone to be successful.
