Ghosting. Fake interview. The company recruiter didn't give any answer or feedback after onsite interview at all. The last interviewer wasn't interested in hiring anyone. He just tried to solve his new task of organizing test documentation because the managerial position was pretty new for him. How do I know? The first interviewer who did the phone screening mentioned this task as a priority. In different ways he tried to pull out any info about test documentation and management at my previous jobs and almost didn't asked technical questions. Thus I consider this interview a fake.
