Fifteen minutes in an office writing answers to questions involving various scenarios within an anchor scheme, followed by face to face interviews with hr personal and district manager. Questions were given 15 minute time limit, interview lasted an hour.

Friendly, relaxed questioning with 2 area managers. Questions were example based ie. "give an example of when you..." They described the job role well and I was able to ask any questions I had regarding the job. The interview took approximately 45min and there was about 10 questions in total.
