not exciting, standard, easy to apply for. Again, no one really wants to be a CSA, they know this. they are looking for people who look like they wont quit too soon. I hate to say this but maybe they want unambitious people (however the CSAs I worked with were lovely), essentially the job is resetting people passwords over the phone, honestly anyone could do this, which they also know. So they are looking for an amenable person who doesn't wish to (for the mean time) do anything better. its soul crushing working there
