I found it to be very personable and situational. The interviewers had all thoroughly read my CV (which unfortunately isn't always the case) and provided me an opportunity to share my professional experience and relate past roles to how I would handle situations, solve problems and collaborate with others.

Interviewed with Anaplan recently and had a good experience overall. The process was quick and moved without unnecessary delays. Communication was clear throughout. I didn’t have to follow up for updates, which was a big plus. The interviewers, especially leadership, were easy to talk to and focused more on real discussions than grilling. There was a bit of scheduling back-and-forth, but nothing major. Ended up getting an offer. Overall, one of the smoother interview experiences I’ve had.
