The interview process was extremely long (about 3 months). I was the one following up a majority of the time as the recruiter seemed overwhelmed. I interviewed for a Communications role where I really enjoyed hearing from the hiring manager and thought it would be a good fit. I went through 6 interviews in total. After meeting the hiring manager, I met with 2 other team leads and one of them poached me to interview for her roles. I did not really have much say in the transition, but was excited to join the team in some capacity. After going through another interview with her, it then turned into a month of radio silence. I then got a random voicemail from the recruiter that I did not get the role. I was highly upset since the original hiring manager was going to offer me a role but I was lead in a different direction. That said, I still understood, it is a competitive market right now. I sent her a follow up email requesting feedback and once again no response. This was definitely a frustrating experience and I would hate for someone to go through what I did. If you are interviewing with this company, tread lightly!
