I've been through a number of recruiting processes before, and this was one of the best. From my first interview with Erin (the recruiter) through the end, they saw me as a person and not a resume. The interviews were conversations, not cookie-cutter questions from a list, and I felt like I was able to be myself in my answers. They also didn't make me jump through unnecessary hoops, and were respectful of my time.
