Hiring process is efficient, transparent and you get informed at each and every step with clear instructions and feedback. Tina (the recruiter) is very professional, she made me feel very comfortable as she understands that interviewing can be sometimes intimidating and nerve-wracking. After three phone screen interviews, respectively with a software architect, a hiring manager and a director of engineering to discuss my technical background and the role, I was asked for an all-day onsite interview. Six hours of back-to-back meetings is exhausting but interviewers were professional and asked interesting questions. Be prepared to discuss design and leadership principles, do some pair programming and have fun! Overall a very pleasant experience.
