I recently completed Anaplan's interview process for a Professional Services role in the UAE and it was one of the best structured processes I have experienced in my career.
The process covered 5 stages — recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, AVP Professional Services, executive panel with a case study presentation, and a final SVP interview. Each stage had a distinct focus and examined me from a different angle — delivery, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and cultural fit.
Mark Wilkins and Charlotte Edwards were exceptional throughout — responsive, professional, warm, and genuinely supportive from start to finish.
If you are going through this process — prepare thoroughly, be authentic, and trust it. Rigorous but fair.

Entretien
The interview process was structured, engaging, and transparent. After an initial conversation with the recruiter, I went through multiple rounds with senior leaders and team members across Professional Services. Each interviewer focused on different aspects — from project delivery leadership and stakeholder management to functional knowledge of supply chain and transformation programs. The conversations felt more like two-way discussions than interrogations, which gave me a clear sense of the role expectations and company culture.
The recruiter kept me updated throughout, was clear about compensation structures, and guided me on what to expect at each stage. While the process was rigorous, it felt fair and consistent, and every interviewer was respectful of time and well-prepared. Overall, it left a very positive impression of both the team and the company.
