The first interview was quite nice and relaxed, we talked about my previous experiences and why I want to move to Thailand. Then we have to answer a few career-related questions. Update the video, it seems to be more professional

Easy, they ask behavior questions but its all quite relaxed, the interview is conducted in a very friendly manner and they dont put any pressure on you. Make sure you read up on timeshare before hand so that you have some background knowledge to begin with.
