I had a referral from someone at Analog. They had me do a 3 hour take home assignment before speaking with anyone, I thought this was fine as I had a referral. After the take home, I got a call from a recruiter there who indicated to me that this position didn't actually exist and asked if I was open to relocating to the other side of the country. This has really soured me on Analog as a company. They wasted 3 hours of my time for no reason, and this was with a referral.
