Interview process included two technical rounds and final HR round. Company environment was friendly and overall interview process as good. All interviewers were very competent and went into great depth about the basic understanding about the technology. They give lot of emphasis on practical problem solving and logic. They asked me technical questions related to the technology and project work specified in my resume. Later they went into how I implemented a specific technical scenario. Also assessed team and people skills, asked about my goals and what I am doing to achieve them, strengths, weaknesses. There were few questions on practical scenarios in team and what will I do in those cases. Overall it was not easy to crack each round and liked the interviewers.
