Recruiter reaches out to set up interviews. My interviews were online. Was told response back would be 2-3 weeks. No updates from anyone for 8-10 weeks. Had to contact Recruiting myself to get the official declination. Interview itself was mixed. One person was engaged, the other literally never look into the camera and didn't really contribute anything which came across as disinterest in me from the first moment. Felt rude and it was disheartening.
