Had 2 interviews, one with the team and the final one with the broker. Both were super informative and described the job in detail. Generic interview questions were also asked but def heavily based on insurance experience.

Met with various brokers and there teams. Very casual, as the brokers were speaking most of the time explaining the business as I am new to the industry. Went to lunch and then had a couple more interviews via zoom
Simple and easy. Interviewed quickly, followed up, and got a job offer within a week. Spoke with 5 EVP Coded Brokers and ate lunch with my potential team. 3 hour interview time
