Submitted my resume to the internship committee, was emailed back in about a week. Had one phone interview and was then asked to come back for an in-person interview at their office. Was offered the internship about 3 weeks later.

The team truly wants to get to know you as a person. The process started with phone screening then teams call. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with.

Very laid back process. First a phone call with basic interview questions then a video interview with similar questions. More trying to get to know you as a person and employee.
Relatively straightforward with normal questions. Typical questions including why you are interested in the position and how you think you will fit in the company. Helps if you know someone beforehand.
