The interview process starts with a pre-screen phone interview with the head of the internship program. The interviewer set up the interview over text. They spent 30 minutes explaining the different divisions of Amway and the internship program. After they started to ask me questions about myself. While answering a question, the interviewer hung up the call. I tried to reach back out over text and email since they did not call me back immediately. After some time, the interviewer responded that they had "lost connection". However, they did not offer to try and reschedule with me. I noticed that my LinkedIn had a notification that said the interviewer had looked at my LinkedIn. The time matched when the interviewer hung up. I found this interview to be extremely unprofessional.
