Met with panel on MS Teams and it was a fairly casual conversation with the team. A few curveballs, but mostly positive experience. Be prepared to sell yourself though, as they place a lot of emphasis on the ability to sell yourself

It was a two person interview in conference room that lasted around 45 minutes. The interview focused primarily on behavioral questions. Many questions were asked about times when I had failed and how I responded to those failures.
