The interview is 3 person panel usually consisting of the hiring manager, union representative, and HR Specialist. This interview is a behavioral interview which is used to find out how an interview candidate responds to certain situations. Similar to other organizations, but questions may have a certain spin on it depending on what you are applying for.

Completely professional and job related. Very easy process. Questions are related to job. There is little wait to find out if you are going to the next step. Felt at ease with the process.
