I was sitting in a dentist's office when I noticed that a number belonging to Amtex was calling my phone repeatedly, literally about 5 x times back to back. I then received a text message saying they wanted to discuss a Recruiter role. I let the Amtex Recruiter know that I was at the dentist's but would happily connect in an hour. She texted back and asked, "We only have one opening it will fill out fast, if you could connect now it would be great" I replied to the text letting her know that if a quick fill was more important than the right candidate to please stop considering my background, and then wished her luck in her search. There was no reply. When I got home from the dentist the Amtex phone number called again and asked for "Fredrick", not me. I let the caller know that I was not Fredrick, there was no response, only dead silence, I ended the call. I then received about 2-3 more missed calls for the same phone number, again back to back. It is expreinces like this that give Recruiters a bad name. Please do better!

Worst kind of Interview pattern. They do not follow time management. You will have to wait for hours to get call from the team Not much to expect on Technical skills or your experience
