Filled out and submitted my application online, was sent an email the next day and asked to complete a hirevue interview which is a one way video interview. They give you 30 seconds or less to answer the question and you get two shots, so you can redo it if you aren’t happy with your answer. They ask you 5 questions and after that is complete, there are a few games and customer service scenario questions. You are meant to get 2 tries at the question, but on a few of them, it submitted my answer unfinished which was super awkward and you can’t go back. I don’t find this one way video process to be beneficial to anyone. It feels completely unnatural and I would be reluctant to partake in one in the future. I much prefer face to face interviews.

First online interview and sorted based on interview. Then called for the face to face interview at the store. She asked some questions regarding my previous experience and behaviour towards the customersand my time availability.
