Had a chance to do a preliminary meeting after getting contacted by HR. The interview was very smooth and welcoming. Had the chance to ask questions, get on the same page, and freely talk about the company and what they were looking for. My first impressions were very good. The hiring manager seemed to be very informed about the company and their processes, and she was very clear about what they had in mind going into the future.
