I applied online and a few days later I spoke to a recruiter. We touched base on my background in the field and then I was sent a request for a zoom interview with a field training officer. I had the interview via zoom.

Interview was fine. The contract is scary. Make sure you understand it fully. I refused to sign. No way I will put myself at risk in the sue happy states.
