The application procedure started with a first video call that lasted around 60 minutes, which felt unusually long for an initial interview. The interview was rescheduled multiple times and the interviewer was late, which made the process even more frustrating. Overall, the process was disappointing and unprofessional. One of the reasons I was eliminated was visa considerations, even though I do not require visa sponsorship and have a valid residence permit. Communication around expectations and feedback was unclear throughout.
