They require you to do a written test mainly about human rights knowledge for around an hour. There are multiple choice questions. You may have to obtain over half of the overall score before they consider to hire you

Entretien
I applied online via their website. I was shortlisted after a week. I first did a 1 hour written interview, then on the same day I had a 1 hour long face to face interview at the regional office in Johannesburg.
