it is objective,technical and face to face interview....technical is tough to find the best skilled candidates.6 month training program and placement.they give 100% job security for 2 yrs
they only try to hire a aggressive learner and who shows high interest in technical stuffs

they asked basic technical questions?to understand the stuff of the candidates.and ask some twist able questions from reasoning and verbal.objective type questions they 20 mins to complete then technical process started based on objective result
