Initial recruiter screen, 2-on-1 hiring manager interview, and final engineering director interview. Was made to feel like I did well and got the position and told I would hear back within a week, then was ghosted and sent a generic rejection email months later.
Phone call, interview with the manager and then two panel interviews. I feel like this is extremely unnecessary but they do want to find the right person for the job

Phone Screening and Onsite interview - was very quick from start to finish and good communication with hiring managers from start to finish. Overall process about 3 weeks but no offer.

it is a pannel interview with upper management and current sr process engineers, they ask question one at a time and each make follow up questions. questions are difficult and require experience and knowledge.
