Applied via LinkedIn and was extended a screening interview the next morning. At the close of my screening interview, the talent acquisition rep told me a scheduling coordinator would reach out to me in the next 5-7 days to schedule my next interview with the hiring manager. I had not heard back in that time frame, and did not have an email address to contact. After hunting down the email format for Amgen employees, I reached out to the recruiter who did not reply. Three weeks later, I received a rejection email without an interview with the hiring manager.
