I submitted an application online but also had an employee referral. I then received an email for an in-person interview within 1 to 2 weeks after I submitted the application. Interview dates offered were within the week and they offered 2 dates and times for me to choose.

First, I received an invitation to a phone interview with a talent acqusitionist (HR screening). This was just to confirm some of the details in my application like residence and compensation. The HR rep told me I would receive an endorsement for the next step, and shortly after received an invitation to schedule an interview with a department manager. It was a 30 minute 1-on-1 video call, and the manager maintained a very calm and delightful demeanor. Though it was an interview, it felt more like a casual conversation at times. I am now waiting back to hear about an offer.
