Entretien
I completed the online application and was invited to complete some online tests and a video interview. The tests were quite difficult but the video interview was fairly straight forward. I was then invited to an assessment centre at Oxford. We were given some pre-reading for the interview and told we had to create a presentation 'thinking outside the box'. The day consisted of the presentation, a group exercise using a pre-read case study and an interview.

Applied online, completed an online test (Talent Q), and had a video interview. The whole process was quite fast. Describe a time when you take your personal responsibility. Describe a time when you take actions without managerial input. Emerging technology in the areas where Amey operates.
