I applied online and got interview in two weeks. It was a usual phone screen with some behavioral questions and background check. It was about the average level, no unexpected questions.

i went through the online monitored written interview and phone interview with the tech manager. the recruiter used QQ to communicate with me, and web conference tool to monitor the online interview process. overall, the process is not difficult, but i do realize my limited exposure to the sql server side knowledge.
