Did not go through hoops as some companies tend to have a 3-4 interview/call process. Met with VP of Sales and Owner. Then I was presented and offer that I negotiated. The questions were more about previous work experience. Sales won and lost. Any familiarity with the industry. What is most important to you as an employee. They were challenging but being a part of the industry before the VP may have been more receptive. Feel like they hire the right people that really care about the company and I love working for the people in this privately held company.
