Started with a phone screening a few days after applying online. I got notified a few days later to schedule 2 in person interviews back to back. I followed up twice after in person interviews as it was over a month since I had interviewed and job posting was still open. I was pretty much ghosted.

Entretien
Phone interview was with hiring manager. In-person interview was with a member of the team. The conversation was very casual and ad hoc there did not appear to be a script of questions used.
