Applied on a Wednesday, next day I was called about setting up a phone interview for that Friday. For the phone interview, there were two people on the phone, but only one of them asked questions. The whole conversation was over in 10 minutes. I was told I'd be contacted, "if not late next week, early the following week". 2 1/2 weeks later I was e-mailed a rejection.

Relaxed interview. Sometimes manager, assistant manager and head teller sit in your interview.
Ameris is in many Small towns, interviews can be influenced by any recommendations/someone putting a good word for you.
