The first part of the process is a phone interview with HR, then an assessment test, then you will meet with the rest of the team. I can confirm the other negative comments regarding "ghosting" and non-existent communication are true. If they don't select you to move forward you will not be contacted about it. They may even repost the job position online. Very strange and unprofessional but it is what it is.
