The entire recruiting process was so chill. Initial phone screening, then a coding challenge. Coding challenge could be solved by just googling around even if you didn't much about C#. Then a meeting with the team's Manager which was like 15 minutes. He didn't even ask any technical questions, and then a final meet and greet at the HQ.

After applying to the position, I received an email about a phone screen. The phone screen was the first step. After that I had a virtual interview which I enjoyed because I could see their faces. Lastly, I had an in person meeting. I enjoyed being able to see the building and actually meet some people in person. I enjoyed the entire interview process.

1. HR Phone screen 2. Technical take-home test 3. In person interview. Disconnected process - was asked the same details during final interview which the HR who conducted the first round had already noted down. More importantly though (this might be a one off, but still worth sharing) -- I walk in for the in person interview. Receptionist - (Curt and borderline impolite) Can you sign in for me. (Then as an afterthought) Please. You can take a seat there. A couple of gentlemen walk in later while I was signing out. Receptionist - (Cheerfully) How are you gentlemen today? Can you sign in please? Can I get something for you while you wait? Water?
