Recruiting and hiring managers are not on the same page. Recruiters scan LinkedIn for resources with no open positions. Hiring Managers cannot describe any specific needs. They present the appearance of looking for low cost superstars and are not interested in experience.

Recruiting and Hiring Manager asked the standard questions about current roles and workload
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Americaneagle.com

Recruiter reached out for a basic phone screen. Moved on to second interview with hiring manager but saw that a second director joined as well. No big deal but should be transparent about attendees. Rejected via email after that and no other feedback. Otherwise recruiter/interviewers were generally personable and process moved relatively quickly.
My biggest issue is that the job is posted as Hybrid on LinkedIn but recruiter was adamant that it is fully in office. Most of their openings are listed as Hybrid which seems intentionally misleading.
