The interview was in 2-3 rounds. It started with a telephonic round followed by a personal interview (taken by 2 people). I don't remember if there was an HR round. They did not grill which is good because most of the employers do that for entry-level positions. The interview was very friendly.

Interview process was clear and concise. You move quickly through the hiring process ending with a tech assessment. Communication between myself, my recruiter, and the American Tower team was wide open and efficient.
