Initially contacted by recruiter and had interview with them. Did a video interview to submit to ATD. Admittedly very ackward. Suppose I did alright because went on to interview with HR from ATD. The interviewer was to the point, she was pleasant and all around went well. Didn't end up getting the position but had a good impression of company. The one downside was the time between interviews and proceeding to the next steps, seemed to take a bit.
