I had a quick initial call with a hiring manager. It was a short 15 min call exploring my background, my projects, my technology knowledge and information about the company. The second round consisted of a 30 min call with 2 software engineers. They went through my background in terms of professional life, academic life and then asked basic question in Java, Python, Spring Boot.

Torqata role - Third-party tech recruiter assisted with setting up interview with lead members. First interview was a conversation to feel out aspirations and alignment, background, etc. Second step was to develop an API to demo skillset and learning ability. Third interview was a panel-type conversation to discuss project and share technical concepts and understanding. After this final step, I never heard back from either the tech recruiter nor the team at Torqata.
Very lengthly process - disappointed about the fact that you end up spending so much time developing an application for them to never give you any feedback after the last interview. Definitely beware. So called amazing culture does not reflect in their hiring process.
