J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Senior Communities (Washington, IN) en avr. 2016
Entretien
I received a call where I answered a few basic questions. I was then offered an in person interview at the facility. At the in person interview, I was asked the SAME questions as I was asked on the phone. These questions were basic. The interview took at the most 10 minutes. I was expecting more, as this was my second interview. The two people interviewing me seemed very unprepared and as if they didn't care. I never received any type of call or email from anyone after my interview.

Entretien
I had a preliminary phone screening with the regional recruiter, then I had an in-depth interview with the regional recruiter, then I had an in-depth interview with the executive director at the building I applied for. The questions were simple, and everything was conversational. Both interviewers seemed nervous that I was so young (20s), because the Director of Marketing has an "assistant." During my last interview, I was told that I was the top candidate, and that I would hear back within 4 days. I waited 4 days, and then I called to follow up. I never heard from anyone at the company again, not even a "we went with another candidate" email.
