Literally the same application every time you apply. Expect to spend about 10-15 minutes doing the same exact application each time. The job sounds amazing. However, you will likely never hear from them again outside of the generic job rejection email that gets sent out around 3:10 in the morning.

Entretien
Phone screen followed by a more lengthy interview with the recruiter. This was followed by an interview with the supervisor of the position. The second interview was conducted via zoom and lasted about an hour.

How many people have you managed in your previous roles?
The recruiter emailed me for a phone interview. The day of the phone interview, he forgot about it and never called me. He contacted me afterwards to apologize and wanted to reschedule the meeting. After waiting a while, I inquired about rescheduling and he never responded. I've been on many interviews and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. People expend a lot of time preparing for interviews so their time needs to be respected.
