The process was very simple. I had two phone interviews. One with the Youth Programs Coordinator and another with the Development Coordinator. I didn't even have an in person interview.

I was called by someone in HR just for an initial screen she asked me mainly what my hours were and explained more about what the internship was. Then she scheduled the in-person interview. The interview was with the director of special events and a special events associate. I received a phone call that day with an offer.
