J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Red Cross (Washington, DC) en oct. 2009
Entretien
A friend mentioned Red Cross had positions posted. I went online to their website to submit my application. About six weeks later I received a call from their recruiter who asked some preliminary screening questions. She then set up a conference call with two individuals for the interview. I heard back a week later that I would be interviewed in person. I went to their offices in DC and was interviewed by two of their managers. I was very positive and I left feeling encouraged. Two weeks later, the recruiter phoned to say I was selected and she shared salary, benefits, reporting details. All in all, a great experience.

Question 1
The msot difficult question had to do with one of their systems used for data collection. I wasn't familiary with it at all, but answered as best I could having researched the position ahead of time.
Easy, was contacted two times by HR to finalize and communications was great. Meeting the hiring manager was also very helpful. The tone was pleasant and next steps were discussed if I should get there
There were four interviews total, one in-person. The communication throughout the process wasn't the best. My initial interview was post-postponed at the last minute, I didn't receive a lot of time to arrange my in-person interview, and then they took much longer (nearly a month) to get back to me about the final decision than they said they would.

Entretien
I had a great experience during the interview. The panel was welcoming, the questions were thoughtful, and it gave me a genuine opportunity to showcase my skills and passion for the role."
