The process was quick and fairly painless as interviews go. It was an internal position but the interviewers were unbiased and straight forward. The 2nd interview was with an HR representative and was even more comfortable and quick. Time frame between application and interviews scheduled was short. Communication was very open. The one issue I had was the process was through a new system everyone is still learning. There were actually two positions posted as the same and I didn't know which I was applying for technically as well as when the other position was offered to some one else I got a rejection notice. The recruiter cleared up my concerns, however.
